CSIR UGC NET: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the exam dates for the CSIR UGC NET December 2024 session. The examination will be held between February 28 and March 2, 2025. Candidates who selected English or Hindi as their language during the application process will be examined in their chosen language.
Exam Format and Duration
• The total duration of the exam will be three hours.
• The exam will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
• The exam will be conducted in five main subjects.
Subject-wise Exam Dates
• Mathematical Sciences: February 28, 2025 (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM)
• Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences: February 28, 2025 (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM)
• Chemical Sciences: February 28, 2025 (3:00 PM to 6:00 PM)
• Life Sciences: March 1, 2025 (3:00 PM to 6:00 PM)
• Physical Sciences: March 2, 2025 (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM)
Exam Centers and Admit Cards
• Registered candidates can download their CSIR NET city intimation slip from the official website.
• Admit cards will be released a few days before the exam date.
• The exact exam center details will be available on the admit card.

Candidates who successfully clear the CSIR UGC NET exam will be eligible for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Lectureship (LS).
