Nestlé India has released its financial results for the March 2025 quarter (Q4 FY2025), reporting a 5.2% decrease in net profit to ₹885.41 crore. However, sales saw a 3.67% increase, reaching ₹5,447.64 crore.

Strong Performance in Confectionery and Petcare

The company reported high single-digit growth in both volume and value in the confectionery (chocolate, etc.) segment. Additionally, double-digit growth was observed in the petcare segment. Strong performance was also witnessed from channels such as hotels and restaurants.

Company's Price Changes

Nestlé stated that edible oil prices remained stable, while milk prices increased due to the summer season. Meanwhile, cocoa prices softened slightly, although they remain at high levels.

Announcement of 1000% Dividend

Nestlé India announced a final dividend of ₹10 per share for the fiscal year 2024-25, representing a 1000% dividend on the ₹1 face value. This dividend will be paid on all 96.41 crore issued and paid-up shares of the company.

Dividend and Record Date

The company has set July 4, 2025, as the record date for the dividend. Investors holding Nestlé shares on this date will receive the dividend and will also be entitled to participate in the AGM.

Slight Increase in Share Price

Following the release of Nestlé India's quarterly results, the company's share price saw a slight increase. The share closed at ₹2,434.80 at the end of trading.
