PM Modi stated, "The spirit of the Constitution is clear—there should be a uniform civil code for all citizens. I call it a 'Secular Civil Code.'" He accused the Congress of attempting to undermine the Constitution when their power seemed threatened, citing the Emergency as an example.
Accusation of Vote-Bank Politics Against Congress
PM Modi alleged that the Congress had spread the virus of vote-bank politics. He highlighted that while Babasaheb Ambedkar envisioned equality for all, the Congress served only its own interests.
