Union Minister Amit Shah is once again set to bring significant gifts to Rajasthan. On Monday, October 13, he will arrive in Jaipur for a one-day visit. On this occasion, a six-day exhibition has been organized at JECC, Sitapura, Jaipur, to mark one year since the implementation of three new criminal laws.

Jaipur: Union Home Minister Amit Shah will arrive today at the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Center (JECC) in Sitapura, Jaipur, where he will inaugurate a six-day exhibition. This exhibition has been organized to commemorate one year since the implementation of three new criminal laws—the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, and the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam. Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma and other senior ministers and officials will also be present at the inauguration ceremony.

Amit Shah's visit is not limited to the exhibition of laws; he will also dedicate and lay the foundation stones for various development projects worth 9,300 crore rupees in the state. Previously, on July 17, Amit Shah visited Jaipur and inaugurated the Sahakar Sammelan (Cooperative Conference) held in Dadiya.

Visit Schedule

The Union Minister will arrive at Jaipur Airport at 11:40 AM. He will be welcomed by Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma at the airport. Following this, he will proceed directly to JECC, where he will inaugurate the exhibition at 12:00 PM. Special stalls and displays have been set up on this occasion to provide information about the laws to the general public and officials.

Key Initiatives and Projects by Amit Shah

During Amit Shah's visit, several important schemes and development projects will be inaugurated and dedicated. Key among these are:

  • Ground-breaking for investment projects worth 4 lakh crore rupees, proposed during the Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit.
  • Inauguration and laying of foundation stones for various projects worth 9,300 crore rupees.
  • Transfer of 365 crore rupees as subsidy to milk producers.
  • Transfer of 260 crore rupees for uniforms for 47,000 students in government schools.
  • Launch of the portal for the PM Suryaghar Yojana, offering 150 units of free electricity per month.
  • Release of the 'Viksit Rajasthan 2047' (Developed Rajasthan 2047) action plan.

Flagging off 56 vehicles for FSL (Forensic Science Laboratory) and 100 scooters and motorcycles for women's safety. These initiatives aim to promote education, women's safety, energy, and investment in Rajasthan. The free electricity scheme in the state and the funds spent on uniforms for students are considered significant steps in the field of social welfare.
