YouTuber Armaan Malik, who was seen in Salman Khan's reality show 'Bigg Boss OTT 3', and his two wives, Payal and Kritika, are now embroiled in legal trouble.

This action follows a petition filed by Davinder Rajput, accusing Armaan of having four marriages. The accusation is linked to the violation of the Hindu Marriage Act, as this law allows a Hindu person to have only one marriage at a time.
All three have been sent notices in two separate cases and have been asked to appear in court on September 2nd. This has further increased the difficulties for Armaan and his two wives.
Two Allegations Against Armaan Malik
According to reports, petitioner Davinder Rajput has alleged that Armaan Malik has had four marriages, which is illegal under Indian law. The petitioner says that this type of action is a violation of the Hindu Marriage Act and should be considered a serious matter. Armaan and his wife Payal have also been accused of hurting religious sentiments.
According to the allegation, Payal posted a video on Instagram in which she was dressed as the Hindu goddess Kali. This hurt the religious sentiments of many people. The petitioner claimed that this act constitutes a punishable offense under Indian law. However, Payal and Armaan had also issued a public apology in this matter. They clarified that this step was taken only for their daughter and their intention was not to hurt anyone's religious feelings.
Payal and Armaan Completed the Penance
After this controversy, Payal and Armaan completed their penance and apologized. This included:
- On July 22, Payal and Armaan went to the Kali Mata temple in Patiala and offered prayers there.
- On July 23, they completed a seven-day penance at another Kali temple in Kharar, Mohali. This included cleaning the temple and performing rituals.
After this, they went to Haridwar and also apologized to Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Kailashanand Giri of the Niranjani Akhada. During this time, Payal's health deteriorated and she was also admitted to the hospital. Apart from his YouTube and social media career, Armaan Malik also participated in Salman Khan's reality show 'Bigg Boss OTT 3'. His popularity and controversies both increased after this show.
