Batting first, Oman scored 135 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in 20 overs, with Wasim Ali playing an unbeaten innings of 54 runs off 45 balls, including 1 six and 5 fours. For India, Gurjapneet Singh and Suyash Sharma took two wickets each.

India defeats Oman by 6 wickets, enters semi-finals

In a crucial match played in Doha on Tuesday, India defeated Oman by 6 wickets to qualify for the semi-finals. Batting first, Oman scored 135 runs for 7 wickets in 20 overs. For the team, Wasim Ali played an unbeaten innings of 54 runs off 45 balls, including 5 fours and 1 six, helping his team reach a respectable total. In bowling for India, Gurjapneet Singh and Suyash Sharma were the most successful, both taking 2 wickets each.

Chasing the target, the Indian team batted cautiously at the start. Vaibhav Suryavanshi was dismissed after scoring 12 runs, but Harsh Dubey anchored the innings from the other end. He played a brilliant and controlled unbeaten innings of 53 runs. Naman Dhir also contributed 30 runs. India achieved the target in 17.5 overs and entered the semi-finals.

With this victory, India secured second place in Group B by winning 2 out of 3 matches. Although Team India suffered an 8-wicket defeat against Pakistan, their spot in the semi-finals was confirmed based on their overall performance.

Pakistan tops Group B

Pakistan maintained its dominance in Group B, securing the top position by winning all three matches. The team's young players displayed excellent coordination and aggressive play, easily advancing to the semi-finals. Three consecutive victories have established Pakistan as one of the best teams in the tournament.
