Awarapan 2 Earns Around Rs 82 Crore in Three Days, Surpasses Dhamal 4

Emion in India in its first three days after releasing on August 14. The film has surpassed Dhamal 4’s opening-weekend collection and ranks eighth among 2026’s highest-grossing films, according to the reported figures.

‘Awarapan 2’ is performing bly at the box office after its release in cinemas on August 14. The romantic action film starring Emraan Hashmi recorded a net collection of around Rs 26.5 crore on its third day, taking its total net collection in India to approximately Rs 82 crore in the first three days, according to an early trend report by Sacnilk.

The film opened with a collection of Rs 22 crore on its first day. Its earnings increased to Rs 33.75 crore on the second day, while the third-day collection stood at around Rs 26.5 crore. The three-day total net collection is approximately Rs 82 crore.

Despite the decline in Sunday’s collection compared with Saturday, ‘Awarapan 2’ maintained a b hold during its opening weekend. The film’s three-day collection has also placed it among the highest-grossing opening weekends of 2026.

According to the report, ‘Awarapan 2’ has surpassed Ajay Devgn’s ‘Dhamal 4’, which recorded Rs 67.21 crore during its opening weekend. With around Rs 82 crore in three days, ‘Awarapan 2’ ranks third among the films with the highest opening-weekend collections in 2026.

The available figures place ‘Dhurandhar 2’ at Rs 466 crore, ‘Border 2’ at Rs 129.89 crore, ‘Awarapan 2’ at Rs 82 crore, ‘Dhamal 4’ at Rs 67.21 crore and ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ at Rs 65.83 crore.

Based on its first three days of earnings, ‘Awarapan 2’ has also entered the list of the highest-grossing films of 2026. According to the report, the film has surpassed the stated lifetime collections of ‘Main Wapas Aaunga’, ‘Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai’ and ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh Do’, placing it eighth on the list.

The film is currently close to ‘O Romeo’, which has a reported collection of Rs 83.35 crore. Its ranking could improve if it maintains its performance during the weekdays. The film is also being projected to cross the Rs 100 crore mark, although its final box office performance will depend on audience turnout and collections in the coming days.
