Bhopal to Host Nauka Tiranga Yatra with Over 350 Boats Ahead of Independence Day

Bhopal’s Bada Talab will host a Nauka Tiranga Yatra ahead of Independence Day, with more than 350 boats and over 1,000 players, youth and citizens expected to participate. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will attend as the chief guest.

Bhopal’s Bada Talab will host a Nauka Tiranga Yatra ahead of Independence Day, starting from the Boat Club. More than 350 boats and over 1,000 water sports players, youth and citizens are expected to participate.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will attend the event as the chief guest. More than 350 boats will take part in the yatra, carrying the national flag. Water sports players from different parts of the country, players from Madhya Pradesh, youth, members of social organisations and citizens will participate.

Water sports players from different parts of the country and Madhya Pradesh players will participate in the Nauka Tiranga Yatra. Youth, members of social organisations and citizens have also been invited to join the event. According to the organisers, more than 1,000 players and citizens are expected to participate.

Cooperation, Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Vishwas Kailash Sarang inspected the Boat Club and Bada Talab area along with officials from the district administration, Sports Department, police and SDRF.

During the inspection, arrangements for boat operations, security, deployment of divers and SDRF preparedness were reviewed. Traffic management, parking and cleanliness arrangements were also inspected.

Officials were directed to prioritise the safety of people attending the event. They were also instructed to ensure compliance with safety standards during boat operations and keep rescue teams prepared to respond to any emergency.

The yatra will feature hundreds of boats carrying the national flag on Bada Talab. Participants will travel along the water route carrying the Tricolour as part of the event ahead of Independence Day.

Minister Vishwas Kailash Sarang has appealed to the people of Madhya Pradesh to participate in the event in large numbers. The organisers are preparing for the presence of the national flag across water, land and air during the event.
