The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has appointed new state in-charges and co-in-charges for various states and Union Territories as part of an organisational reshuffle. The appointments, approved by BJP president Nitin Nabin, take effect immediately.
Vinod Tawde has been appointed BJP in-charge of Uttar Pradesh, with Jagdish Patel, Medha Kulkarni, Pradeep Verma and Anant Ojha appointed as co-in-charges. Harish Dwivedi has been appointed in-charge of Bihar, with Sangeeta Yadav and Rohan Gupta as co-in-charges.
Smriti Irani has been appointed in-charge of Haryana and Chhattisgarh. Tarun Chugh has been assigned Gujarat, while Satish Poonia has been appointed in-charge of Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir. Sanjay Bhatia has been assigned Rajasthan.
Baijayant Jay Panda has been appointed Maharashtra in-charge, with Amit Malviya, Sadanand Shet Tanawade and Kamaljeet Sehrawat among the leaders assigned co-in-charge responsibilities. Vinay Sahasrabuddhe has been appointed Delhi in-charge, with Jamyang Tsering Namgyal and Darshana Jardosh as co-in-charges.
The BJP has appointed in-charges and co-in-charges for 28 states and eight Union Territories. The list includes leaders assigned responsibilities across multiple states and Union Territories.
The appointments are as follows:
Andaman & Nicobar: Jai Prakash (Delhi) is the in-charge.
Arunachal Pradesh: Dr. Devesh Kumar (Bihar) is the in-charge.
Andhra Pradesh: Vanathi Srinivasan is the in-charge and Dr. Arvind Bhadoria is the co-in-charge.
Assam: Mangal Pandey is the in-charge and Phangnon Konyak is the co-in-charge.
Bihar: Manoj Tigga is listed as the in-charge, with Harish Dwivedi and Sangeeta Yadav as co-in-charges.
Chandigarh: Rohan Gupta is the in-charge.
Chhattisgarh: Mahendra Pandey is the in-charge, with Smriti Irani and Siddharth Shambhu as co-in-charges.
Dadra Nagar Haveli & Daman and Diu: Varshaben Narendra Bhai Doshi is the in-charge.
Delhi: Dr. Vinay Sahasrabuddhe is the in-charge, with Jamyang Tsering Namgyal and Darshanaben Jardosh as co-in-charges.
Goa: Dr. Bharati Pravin Pawar is the in-charge and Anil Antony is the co-in-charge.
Gujarat: Tarun Chugh is the in-charge, with Ajay Mahawar and Gomati Sai as co-in-charges.
Haryana: Smriti Irani is the in-charge and Dr. Bhola Singh is the co-in-charge.
Himachal Pradesh: Shrikant Sharma is the in-charge and Darshana Singh is the co-in-charge.
Jammu & Kashmir: Dr. Satish Poonia is the in-charge, with Reena Kashyap (Himachal Pradesh) and Gajendra Patel as co-in-charges.
Jharkhand: Saurabh Singh is the in-charge and Nivedita Singh (Bihar) is the co-in-charge.
Karnataka: Harish Dwivedi is the in-charge and Dr. Kasm Venkateshwaralu is the co-in-charge.
Kerala: Prof. M. Nagraja is the in-charge and M. Venkatesan is the co-in-charge.
Ladakh: Rajkumar Bhatia (Delhi) is the in-charge.
Lakshadweep: George Kurian is the in-charge.
Madhya Pradesh: Biplab Kumar Deb is the in-charge and Rekha Verma is the co-in-charge.

Punjab: Dr. Satish Poonia is the in-charge, with Virendra Sachdeva and Dr. Alka Gurjar as co-in-charges.
Rajasthan: Sanjay Bhatia is the in-charge, with Kavita Patidar and Kuljeet Chahal as co-in-charges.
Sikkim: Raju Bista is the in-charge.
Tamil Nadu: Ram Madhav is the in-charge, with Nirmal Kumar Surana and D. K. Aruna as co-in-charges.
Telangana: Sunil Bansal is the in-charge, with Abhay Patil and Rekha Sharma as co-in-charges.
Tripura: Mriganka Deb Barman is the in-charge.
