Ups and downs keep happening in life: Brij Bhushan
Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh said in an interview that he had not spoken to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath since the allegations were made against him in January 2023. He said, "When I was accused, I decided that this is my personal fight and I will fight it myself. I kept myself away from Yogi ji because I didn't want him to be in an awkward situation during my difficult times."
Shared conversation of family feelings
According to Brij Bhushan, this meeting was like a family emotional moment. He said, "You can say that it was a conversation between two family members in which we shared our grievances and sorrows. There was nothing political in it."
Yogi himself called
The former MP said that a program of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was canceled in January 2023 in which he was supposed to meet him. Since then, there has been no personal meeting between the two. He said, "I had decided at that time that I would not go until Yogi ji himself called. Now when he called, I went to meet him."
Distance after allegations
Brij Bhushan said that the distance that had developed between him and Yogi Adityanath was natural. He clarified that at the time of the allegations against him, he had separated himself so that no political or social awkwardness would arise.
