BSP Launches Bihar Election Campaign Led by Akash Anand, Criticizes BJP and Congress

Preparations for the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025 have intensified. Although the election dates have not yet been announced, all political parties have started marking their presence on the electoral battlefield. In this regard, the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) has also commenced its campaign.

Uttar Pradesh: While the dates for the Bihar Assembly elections have not been announced yet, political activities have picked up pace. Amidst this, Bahujan Samaj Party's (BSP) national coordinator and Mayawati's nephew, Akash Anand, has launched a vigorous election campaign in Bihar. During the Sarvajan Hitay Jagruk Yatra held in Rohtas district, Akash Anand placed special emphasis on spreading and strengthening the BSP's ideology among Dalits and backward classes.

He stated that social justice and equal rights are the party's priorities. During this period, Akash Anand targeted both the BJP and Congress, describing them as parties detached from the public's problems and engrossed in their own self-interest.

Campaign Launched in Bihar on Mayawati's Orders

Akash Anand clearly stated that this campaign has been initiated on Mayawati's directives. Addressing a rally in Rohtas district, he said, "Now it is up to you to ensure the success of your party, BSP, in the upcoming Assembly General Elections in Bihar for your own welfare and benefit. You must prevent Congress, BJP, and their alliance parties from coming to power."

He added that the BSP's objective is to bring the marginalized sections of society into the mainstream. The BSP is striving for the economic upliftment of the poor, laborers, farmers, traders, Muslims, and other religious minority communities.

Akash Anand's Attack on BJP and Congress

During the rally, Akash Anand asserted that the policies of both the BJP and Congress are driven by capitalist and narrow-minded thinking, which has prevented the poor sections of society from receiving justice. He stated, "Due to the flawed policies of these parties, there has been no change in the economic condition of the poor, laborers, farmers, and other hardworking people. BSP is the right alternative for the welfare of all sections of society."

He further emphasized that the Bahujan Samaj Party is committed to bringing equality, justice, and inclusivity to society. The party's aim is not merely to win elections but to ensure that the benefits of development reach the last person in society.

BSP Candidate Announced for Karaghar

During this public meeting, the BSP also announced its candidate. Akash Anand declared Uday Pratap Singh Patel as the Bahujan Samaj Party's candidate for the Karaghar Assembly constituency. Rajya Sabha MP Ramji Gautam and State In-charge Anil Kumar were also present on this occasion. Akash Anand stated that the objective of candidate selection is to address local issues and strengthen the BSP's ideology among the public. He assured that the BSP would work for every section of society and promote justice-based politics.
