China once again demonstrated its dominance at the Asian Table Tennis Championships. China delivered an outstanding performance in both the men's and women's categories, securing titles in both. The men's team defeated Hong Kong 3-0, while the women's team triumphed over Japan with the same score.

The men's team defeated Hong Kong 3-0 in the final, while the women's team overcame Japan with a 3-0 victory. In the women's category, in the first match, world number two Wang Manyu defeated 11th-ranked Hashimoto in straight sets. Wang delivered a brilliant performance in the match, winning the sets with scores of 12-10, 11-3, 11-6, and 11-3 respectively.

China's Excellent Performance in Women's Category

In the women's final, China put on an excellent display against Japan. In the first match, world number two Wang Manyu defeated Japan's 11th-ranked player, Honoka Hashimoto. Wang Manyu secured consecutive sets with scores of 12-10, 11-3, 11-6, 11-3, giving China an early lead.

Following this, in the second match, Sun Yingsha defeated Japan's Miwa Harimoto with scores of 11-9, 11-5, 11-7. In the final match, Kuai Man overcame Hina Hayata with scores of 8-11, 12-10, 11-6, 11-9, securing the women's category title for China. This performance by the women's team demonstrates that China remains the best nation in Asian Table Tennis.

China's Dominance in Men's Category Too

China maintained its dominance in the men's final as well. To start, world number one Lin Shidong defeated Wong Chun Ting with scores of 11-8, 11-4, 11-4, giving China an early lead. In the second match, Wang Chuqin overcame Chan Baldwin with scores of 12-10, 11-9, 5-11, 14-12. In the third and final match, Liang Jingkun defeated Yiu Kwan Go with scores of 13-11, 11-6, 12-10, also securing the men's category title for China. With this victory, China maintained its unbeaten status in the men's category.
