Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav conducted vigorous election campaigning in Bihar on October 29, in support of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA). He addressed public rallies in Katoria Assembly constituency of Banka district, Nathnagar Assembly constituency of Bhagalpur district, and Alamnagar Assembly constituency of Madhepura district, where a large number of people gathered.
Patna: During the Bihar Assembly election campaign, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav addressed election rallies in several districts of the state on Sunday, launching sharp attacks on the opposition and presenting the achievements of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) to the public. He stated, “Bihar holds immense potential for development, and if any party can realize it, it is only the NDA.”
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav held massive public meetings in Katoria of Banka district, Nathnagar of Bhagalpur, and Alamnagar Assembly constituencies of Madhepura. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the entire world today looks at India with respect.
Bihar's Land Holds Infinite Potential for Development
Addressing the gathering, CM Yadav stated, “The people of Bihar possess immense energy. This land belongs to Lord Buddha, Mahavir Swami, and Mata Sita. Its people are hardworking, and if given the right direction, Bihar can become one of India's leading states.” He added that Prime Minister Modi has implemented historic schemes for farmers, women, and youth, benefiting millions of people in Bihar as well.
He informed that 74 lakh farmers in Bihar are benefiting from the Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme. Additionally, women are being provided with financial assistance of 10,000 rupees each. He said, “Our sisters are the backbone of the household. They make every sacrifice for their families. This is why our government is continuously working to empower them.”
Strong Attack on Opposition – With What Face Are They Asking for Votes?
In his speech, Dr. Yadav launched sharp attacks on the Congress and opposition parties. He stated, "The Congress party even questioned the existence of Lord Shri Ram and Mata Sita. They went to court saying there was no proof of Ram. Now, those very people are asking for the public's blessings, so with what face are they asking?" He further added that under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, the Shri Ram Temple has been constructed in Ayodhya, Kashi Vishwanath Dham has been revitalized, and grand projects like Baba Mahakal Lok in Ujjain have been completed. “This is the new India of cultural nationalism, where faith and development go hand in hand,” he added.
The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh cited his own life as an example, saying, "There was no MLA, MP, or minister in my family. I come from a farming and Yadav family. But the Bharatiya Janata Party is an organization that gives every person from every section of society an opportunity to advance." He stated that BJP rises above casteism and works on the mantra of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, and Sabka Prayas” (Together with all, Development for all, Trust of all, and Efforts of all).
In Katoria, he appealed for support for NDA candidate Puran Lal, referring to him as "Purnamasi ka Chand" (the full moon). Seeking votes for Mithun Yadav from Nathnagar and Narendra Narayan from Alamnagar, he said, “Only the lotus symbol can keep Bihar connected to the mainstream of development.”
Chhath Puja Showcased the Strength of Sanatan Culture
Referring to the Chhath festival, Dr. Mohan Yadav said that this year, the resonance of Chhath Puja was heard not only in the country but also abroad. He stated, "Mothers and sisters observe fasts for the welfare of their families. This is the strength of our Sanatan culture, which keeps Indianness alive in every situation." He added that the land of Bihar has always been revered — "Lord Buddha, Mahavir, Mata Sita, and even Lord Krishna's son Samba are associated with this place. This land has guided Indian culture."
