Why Is This Scheme Special?
Buying a home in a large city like Delhi is always considered difficult. This time, the DDA has made flats available in prime and developed areas of the capital. Especially the availability of HIG flats in areas like Dwarka, Vasant Kunj, and Jasola makes this scheme even more attractive. At the same time, MIG and LIG flats have also been included for the middle and lower income groups.
Under this scheme, all flats will be sold only through e-auction. This means that interested buyers will have to first register and deposit the EMD. After this, they will get a chance to bid in the e-auction to be held on September 30th. The flat will be allotted to the buyer whose bid is the highest.
What Is The Speciality Of A Ready-To-Move Flat?
The biggest feature of ready-to-move flats is that one can immediately shift and start living in them. The buyer does not have to wait for the construction to be completed. This saves people time and money.
