Deepti's All-Round Performance in England Tour

Deepti Sharma is currently on tour in England, where a three-match ODI series is being played. She has delivered an all-round performance in this series so far. In the first ODI, she played an unbeaten innings of 62 runs, which led India to a b victory. In the second ODI, she also scored 30 runs, although India could not win that match.

Deepti has been rewarded for her consistent impactful contributions in the latest ICC ODI rankings. She has reached the 23rd position in batting and remains in the fourth position in the bowlers' rankings, which confirms her all-round stature.

Smriti Mandhana Continues to Shine

Left-handed opener Smriti Mandhana has been India's most reliable batter in women's cricket for the past few years. Despite not playing any big innings in the England series, her consistency has kept her at the top of the ICC rankings. Mandhana has 727 rating points in her account, which makes her the number one female ODI batter in the world. This is indicative of Mandhana's consistency and technical strength.

Harmanpreet Kaur Loses Five Places

Indian captain Harmanpreet Kaur has suffered a loss in the rankings this time. According to the ICC, she has now slipped five places to the 21st position. Her performance against England has not been up to expectations, which has directly affected her ranking. England batter Sophia Dunkley has greatly benefited from the innings of 83 runs she played against India in the first ODI.

She jumped 24 places to reach the 52nd position. Also, Alice Davidson-Richards jumped 40 places after playing an innings of 53 runs and is now in the 118th position. Both these players can prove to be useful for England in the future, and their rise is a positive sign for the team.

Sneh Rana's Comeback in Bowling

England's Sophie Ecclestone is still at the top spot in the bowling rankings. By taking four wickets in the series against India, she has further strengthened her position.
