Chief Minister Rekha Gupta described the event as dedicated to 'Nari Shakti' (Women Power). She said that a special feature of this program is that the MLA, MP, and Chief Minister—all three are women, which is a clear example of women's leadership and empowerment. She praised Shikha Roy, the MLA from Greater Kailash, for her 30 years of continued service, and described the BJP's triple engine government in Delhi as the result of public unity and public resolve.
Markets to Remain Open 24x7
The Chief Minister made a major announcement for traders on this occasion. She said that Delhi's markets will now be able to remain open 24x7, which will boost trade. In addition, she also said that the government will implement a 'Single Window System', which will eliminate the need for traders to visit government offices for licenses and other documents.

The Chief Minister said that her government takes even the small needs of the capital's citizens seriously—whether it is drain cleaning, street repairs, or drainage problems. She assured that the government will prioritize development works on all fronts.
