In Chhattisgarh, Pundit Dhirendra Shastri made a significant statement regarding Hindu Rashtra (Hindu nation) and religious conversion. He advised Hindus to keep a rosary and a spear with them and clarified a controversial statement on ‘I Love Muhammad’.
Raipur: Acharya Dhirendra Krishna Shastri, head priest of Bageshwar Dham Sarkar, made a major statement regarding Hindu Rashtra and religious conversion in Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh. Shastri said that he would soon be active and would not hesitate to go to any corner of the country. He stated that Hindu opponents would either be forced to leave the country or would be brought back home (reconverted).
Shastri told Hindus that in light of recent stone-pelting and other incidents, they should keep a rosary and a spear with them to ensure their safety from any kind of violence. His objective is to spread awareness and a message of security among Hindus through foot marches.
Shastri's Statement on the ‘I Love Muhammad’ Controversy
Regarding the controversy over ‘I Love Muhammad’ and ‘I Love Mahadev’, Dhirendra Shastri said, “There is nothing wrong with these. But if anyone raises the slogan of ‘Sar Tan Se Juda’ (head separated from the body), neither the law nor Hindus will spare them.”
His statement clearly indicates that Shastri is advocating a strict stance on sensitive issues of religious sentiment. He also stated that everyone should express their views within the bounds of the law.
Awareness to Stop Religious Conversion
Dhirendra Shastri said that the spread of Hindutva ideology in Chhattisgarh is curbing religious conversion. He believes that in the coming days, Chhattisgarh could become the first state where voices against religious conversion will rise in every village, and it will be stopped.
He claimed that Chhattisgarh is a symbol of victory and devotion to the motherland, and that an increase in the power of Hindutva would improve social stability and security.
Shastri Congratulated the Bravery of the Soldiers
Dhirendra Shastri called Naxalism the biggest stain on Chhattisgarh's image. He said, “Heartfelt congratulations to the soldiers who are bravely confronting Naxals, risking their lives without any fear.”
Shastri also said that gradually, this stain on Chhattisgarh would be washed away, and a message of law, order, and security would be spread across the state.
Warning Regarding Stone-Pelting and Security
Shastri termed recent incidents of stone-pelting and attacks on religious events as a conspiracy by foreign powers to intimidate Hindus. He stated that these incidents are being sponsored to scare Hindus.
Therefore, he gave a message to raise awareness through foot marches across the country and to remove fear among Hindus. His call is specifically about security and religious protection.
