The MP-MLA court in the Gonda district of Uttar Pradesh has ordered the registration of an FIR against the minister and his four associates on charges of forgery and intimidation. This order came after a local resident, Ajay Singh, filed a petition in court alleging that the minister and his representatives fraudulently re-executed the sale deed of his wife's land and threatened him when he complained.

What is the matter?

Ajay Singh, a resident of Bhitora village in the Mankapur police station area of Gonda, had filed an application under 173 (4) BNS in the court.
