The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released the latest ICC Women’s T20I Rankings. In these rankings, Ireland Women's team captain Gaby Lewis has achieved her career-best rating following a stellar performance.

After an unbeaten innings of 66 runs against the Netherlands, her rating increased to 625, which is her career-best rating. However, in the current list, her rating is 620 points, and she remains in 15th position in the batters' rankings. The 24-year-old Gaby recently played a useful innings of 42 runs against Italy, while she did not get the opportunity to bat against Germany.

24-year-old Gaby Lewis played an unbeaten innings of 66 runs against the Netherlands. Following this, she also scored 42 runs against Italy. After these innings, her rating increased to 625, which is her best rating to date. Currently, Gaby remains in 15th position in the ICC T20I batting rankings with a rating of 620. Due to consistent good batting, she may find a place among the top-10 batters in the coming weeks.
Under the captaincy of Gaby Lewis, the Ireland Women's team is currently playing in the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Europe Division 1 Qualifier. So far, Ireland has not lost a match in this tournament and has directly qualified for next year's global qualifier. Gaby and her team aim to secure a place in the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup to be held in England and Wales in 2026. Only four teams from the qualifiers will secure a place in the World Cup, and Ireland has emerged as a b contender in this race.

The position of the top-10 batters remains unchanged in the latest rankings.

- West Indies captain Hayley Matthews is at the second spot.
- India's star opener Smriti Mandhana is firmly holding the third position.
- Australia's Tahlia McGrath is at the fourth spot.
There have been no major changes in the top-15. However, in the top-20, England's Sophia Dunkley has gained one place and reached the 20th position. Apart from Gaby Lewis, other players from Ireland are also performing well. Young batter Amy Hunter scored her second T20I century against Germany on August 24 and reached the 29th position in the latest rankings.
Leah Paul played an unbeaten innings of 62 runs in the same match, due to which she got a jump of 15 places and secured the 75th position. Freya Sargent's performance has also been impressive, which has further strengthened the team's balance.
