Gaudium IVF shares listed at Rs 83 on the stock exchanges against an issue price of Rs 79, marking a premium of approximately 5 percent on debut. The public issue was subscribed 7.27 times.
Despite subdued market conditions, the fertility services provider commenced trading at Rs 83 on both the National Stock Exchange of India and the Bombay Stock Exchange. The equal listing price across both exchanges reflected uniform demand at the time of debut.
Following listing, the stock witnessed mild profit-booking during early trade and slipped marginally below the listing level. However, the overall debut remained above the issue price.
Ahead of listing, shares were trading around the issue price in the unofficial market. The listing at Rs 83 was therefore above prevailing expectations, indicating sustained investor interest at the close of the subscription period.
The company’s public issue received overall subscription of 7.27 times. Gaudium IVF offered 14.62 million shares in the issue, while investors placed applications for 106.35 million shares.
Among investor categories, the non-institutional investor segment was subscribed 14.05 times. The retail investor portion was subscribed 7.60 times. The institutional investor category received subscriptions of 1.62 times the reserved portion.
The public issue opened on February 20, 2026 and closed on February 24, 2026. The basis of allotment was finalised on February 25, 2026. The company fixed a lot size of 189 shares.

Around Rs 20 crore will be used for repayment or prepayment of existing debt. The remaining funds will be deployed for general corporate purposes and operational requirements.
The company operates in the fertility and women’s healthcare services segment, where demand has been increasing. Gaudium IVF plans to expand its footprint through new centres as part of its growth strategy.
