India's bowlers played the decisive role in the win. Experienced off-spinner Sneh Rana claimed key wickets in the second innings to put England under pressure.

All-rounder Deepti Sharma also troubled the England batters with her bowling. The pair's disciplined line and length prevented England from building significant partnerships.

Fast bowler Kranti Goud also impressed during the match, taking five wickets in the first innings to earn a place on the Lord's Honours Board.

Wicketkeeper-batter Yastika Bhatia was India's leading performer with the bat in the second innings, scoring 113. Her innings included 14 fours.

With the century, Yastika became the first woman cricketer to score a Test hundred at Lord's. Her innings played a key role in strengthening India's position in the match.

However, England's batting line-up was unable to withstand the sustained pressure from the Indian bowlers and finished well short of the target.
