Madhya Pradesh Urban Administration Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya has bly attacked the Congress party following the court's decision in the Malegaon blast case. He was in Ratlam district on Sunday to attend the foundation stone laying ceremony of the Jawra Municipal Council, where he told the media that the court's decision is a slap in the face of the Congress.
Supporting the statement of former MP Sadhvi Pragya Thakur, he said that it was a conspiracy against not only her but also many innocent RSS workers. He cited the example of Shyam Sahu of Indore, stating that he was beaten so badly after being arrested that he is unable to walk today. Vijayvargiya alleged that all this was done on the instructions of Sonia Gandhi, but those who were implicated in false cases were so b that they did not falsely implicate anyone else.
Politics Heat Up Over Mehboob Mujawar's Statement
When Minister Vijayvargiya was asked whether the BJP would take legal action against Congress leaders after the statement of former ATS officer Mehboob Mujawar, he said that the party does not engage in retaliatory politics. However, he also added that the party will seek guidance from the court to take necessary legal steps against those who tried to give this incident a political color and defame innocent people.
Vijayvargiya said that Mehboob Mujawar's statement has made it clear that BJP and RSS people were deliberately targeted. He called it a b slap on the face of the Congress and said that the Congress should be ashamed. He said that the fabricated terminology of 'Hindu terrorism' was completely false and its purpose was only to gain political advantage.
Those Who Coined the Definition of Hindu Terrorism Will Have to Answer
Vijayvargiya named senior Congress leaders—Sonia Gandhi, P. Chidambaram, and Sushil Kumar Shinde—saying that they will now have to answer. He alleged that these leaders tried to defame the country's culture by introducing terms like 'Hindu terrorism' to the world. The minister said that the court's decision has made it clear what the truth is, and now those who misled the country will have to answer.

During his Ratlam tour, Vijayvargiya continuously attacked the Congress regarding the Malegaon blast case. He said that Congress made innocent people scapegoats for political gain.
