Kesari Veer Box Office Flop: Sunil Shetty and Sooraj Pancholi Starrer Fails to Cross ₹1 Crore

Sunil Shetty and Sooraj Pancholi's film, Kesari Veer, has been released for only three days, but it has failed to meet box office expectations. In these three days, the film has not even earned ₹1 crore.

Kesari Veer Box Office Collection Day 3: Three days after its release, Kesari Veer starring Sunil Shetty and Sooraj Pancholi is performing extremely poorly at the box office. The film has not crossed the ₹1 crore mark in its first three days, a significant disappointment. This clearly indicates that the audience hasn't received the film well, and its commercial failure is almost certain.

Weak Earnings Since Day One

Released on May 23, 2025, Kesari Veer generated considerable anticipation, especially due to Sooraj Pancholi's return to the big screen after a long hiatus. Sunil Shetty's presence also fueled audience expectations. However, the film disappointed by earning only ₹25 lakh on its opening day. The second day saw a slight improvement, but collections remained limited to ₹31 lakh.

On the third day, Sunday, the film earned only ₹32 lakh, bringing the total three-day collection to approximately ₹88 lakh. A further decline in collections is expected from Monday onwards. Based on this, Kesari Veer's box office survival appears highly unlikely.

The Film's Story and Audience Response

Kesari Veer is a historical action drama film featuring several impressive action sequences. However, audiences believe the film's story and screenplay are weak. Viewers didn't feel the connection necessary for a successful film. Furthermore, the film's direction has also drawn criticism.

Regarding the performances of Sunil Shetty and Sooraj Pancholi, neither actor's acting has received much praise. Sooraj Pancholi's comeback, in particular, has failed to impress the audience. Actors like Akanksha Sharma and Vivek Oberoi also haven't significantly helped the film's performance.

Kesari Veer's release coincided with several other films, resulting in stiff competition. In this crowded market, Kesari Veer failed to find its niche. Audience attention was drawn to other films, leaving Kesari Veer at a disadvantage.
