Report of JCO Injury
There is also a report of a Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) being injured during the encounter. However, this has not been officially confirmed yet. The injured JCO is reported to have been taken to a nearby military hospital for treatment.

The police informed that the operation was launched after receiving information about terrorists hiding in the Guddar forest area of Kulgam district.

The Army, CRPF, and the Special Operations Group (SOG) of the Jammu and Kashmir Police are jointly working in this encounter. All agencies are present in the area and are conducting the operation while ensuring the safety of the local population.
