Around 4:30 PM on Sunday evening, a young man consumed poison in front of his wife at a tea shop located on Fertilizer Road, within the Chiluaatal police station area. The young man alleged that his wife was having an illicit affair with a businessman and that she was not closing her shop to go with him. Following this dispute, the young man ingested a poisonous substance. He was admitted to BRD Medical College by his family in a critical condition, where his health is reported to be serious.
