The newborn was twice attempted to be torn apart by stray dogs on the cold morning and also came under a bus once, yet the infant remained safe. Alert citizens rescued the baby in time. The police, with the help of CCTV footage, detained and arrested the woman.
Newborn's Life Saved Miraculously
