This ₹122.31 crore issue comprises a fresh issue of ₹24.44 crore and an Offer For Sale (OFS) of ₹97.88 crore. Qualified Institutional Investors (QIBs) showed 3.95 times subscription and Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) showed 4.95 times subscription, while the retail and employee quotas remained slow. The IPO opened on September 29 and will close on October 3, with allotment expected on October 6 and NSE/BSE listing on October 8.

IPO Details

The total value of Om Freight Forwarders' IPO is ₹122.31 crore. It comprises two parts: first, a fresh issue worth ₹24.44 crore, consisting of 18.1 lakh shares; second, an Offer For Sale (OFS) of ₹97.88 crore, comprising 72.5 lakh shares. The price band for this issue has been set between ₹128 and ₹135 per share.

For retail investors, the lot size has been fixed at 111 shares, requiring a minimum investment of ₹14,985. The IPO opened on September 29 and will close on October 3. Share allotment is expected to be finalized on October 6, while listing on NSE and BSE will take place on October 8.

Third-Day Subscription Figures

By 3:12 PM on the third day, the IPO was subscribed a total of 2.47 times. According to NSE data, investors placed bids for 1.96 crore shares against 79.17 lakh shares available. NII and QIB investors played a prominent role during this period.

Strong Participation from NII and QIB Investors

In this IPO, the reserved portion for Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) was subscribed 4.95 times. The segment with large bids exceeding ₹10 lakh recorded a subscription of 5.18 times. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) also showed b interest, with their portion being subscribed 3.95 times.

Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) also placed bids for 14.82 lakh shares in this IPO. This clearly indicates that large investors are positive about the company's future.

Slower Pace in Retail and Employee Quotas

In contrast, the portions reserved for retail individual investors (RIIs) and employees saw a relatively slower pace. The retail investor portion was subscribed 1.24 times, which is lower compared to other categories. The employee quota was reserved for 4.5 lakh shares, but only bids for 1.41 lakh shares were received in this category, meaning only a 0.31 times subscription.
