Pre-existing Dispute Escalated Tension
A member of the victim family, Mahendra Singh, stated that on Sunday evening, a day before the incident, some villagers named Kunwar, Kishore, Vasudev, and Baldev had been verbally abusing them continuously. When attempts were made to stop the abuse, the miscreants did not desist, and the police had to be called. Upon the arrival of the police, they fled the scene.
Mahendra said that due to this resentment, the miscreants launched the attack on Monday morning. This clearly indicates that the prior dispute and local tensions are at the root of this violent incident.
