Bihar Politics: Stir intensified in Bihar politics after Union Minister and LJP (RV) chief Chirag Paswan's statement that many opposition MLAs are in contact with the NDA. RJD MLA Bhai Virendra reacted sharply to his claim. He said that many MLAs from Chirag's party are in talks with them, but Chirag cannot bring even a single RJD MLA to his side. He also stated that Chirag Paswan's claims are completely baseless and an attempt to heat up the political atmosphere.
Bhai Virendra's Claim
Speaking to the media, Bhai Virendra said that some MLAs from LJP (RV) are in contact with the RJD and are also holding discussions. According to him, when needed, the RJD will bring them to its side. He directly questioned, asking what Chirag Paswan's standing is that he could take any RJD MLA with him.

He said that Chirag's party has won 19 seats and two ministers have also been formed, but this cannot be taken to mean that they will be able to influence MLAs from other parties. Bhai Virendra's statement clearly contradicts Chirag Paswan's claim and further heats up the political atmosphere.
RJD's Firm Stance
Bhai Virendra further stated that Chirag Paswan is merely trying to create an atmosphere by making statements. He asserted that the RJD is in a b position and its MLAs are not going anywhere. He also claimed that NDA leaders are getting nervous about the b opposition camp, which is why such talks are being spread. The RJD leader also added that Chirag Paswan's claims are merely part of a political strategy, having no connection with reality.
Chirag Paswan's Statement
Speaking to the media on Sunday, Chirag Paswan had said that many opposition MLAs are in contact with the NDA. He also claimed that these MLAs feel they can better serve the people of their constituencies under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Following his statement, political activity in Bihar once again intensified. The opposition rejected Chirag's claim, calling it an attempt to spread political confusion.
