The application process for RRB Group D recruitment was completed by the RRB from January 23 to March 1, 2025. Subsequently, candidates were given an opportunity to make corrections to their applications from March 4 to March 13. A total of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) will be asked in the examination.
The subject-wise distribution of questions is as follows:
- Mathematics: 30 Questions
- General Intelligence and Reasoning: 30 Questions
- General Science: 25 Questions
- General Awareness: 15 Questions
- 1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer.
- 1/3 of a mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
- The total duration of the examination is 90 minutes.
Candidates who secure the prescribed cut-off marks in this CBT will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test.
Details of Physical Test
In the Physical Efficiency Test, candidates' physical fitness will be evaluated. The criteria are different for male and female candidates.
Male Candidates
- 100-meter run: Must carry 35 kg weight and complete within 2 minutes.
- 1000-meter run: Must complete within 4 minutes 15 seconds.
Female Candidates
- 100-meter run: Must carry 20 kg weight and complete within 2 minutes.
- 1000-meter run: Must complete within 5 minutes 40 seconds.
Candidates will be given only one attempt for the physical efficiency test.
Only those who succeed in this stage will be considered eligible for final selection.
