Sultanpur: A horrific incident came to light late Tuesday night in Baburi village (Bandhuakala police station area). Here, a man, suspecting illicit relations, beat his wife and the young man present with her using a stick. During this assault, the young man died, and his wife was seriously injured. The police have immediately taken the accused husband into custody.
According to reports, when a man named Ramesh Kori returned home at night, he found his wife with 20-year-old Vishal Kori. Witnessing this, he immediately lost his temper and, in a fit of rage, attacked both of them. The woman stated that Vishal was her nephew and that she was sitting at home with her father-in-law and nephew. It is alleged that Ramesh brutally beat both of them with a stick due to his suspicion.
Following the murder, police arrived at the scene and, with the help of local residents, admitted the seriously injured wife to the Government Medical College Hospital. Upon receiving information about the incident, the police immediately launched an investigation into the matter.
