Railway authorities have decided to operate an unreserved special train from Gaya in Bihar to Ludhiana in Punjab. The train will depart from Gaya Junction Railway Station at 4:45 pm on March 17.
According to railway officials, the special train is being introduced in response to additional passenger demand. The train will consist of general, or unreserved, coaches, allowing passengers without reservations to travel.
The train will begin its journey from Gaya and travel via Sasaram and Varanasi before continuing to Ludhiana. It will halt at several major stations along the route to allow passengers from intermediate locations to board and disembark.
Railway authorities stated that a large number of passengers travel from Bihar to Punjab for employment. The operation of this unreserved special train is intended to manage passenger crowds and facilitate travel.
Railway administration has advised passengers to arrive at the station in advance and follow railway regulations during the journey. Officials said the operation of the train is expected to benefit passengers from Gaya and surrounding districts.
