Rajasthan BSTC 2025 First Allotment List Released Today

The first allotment list for Rajasthan BSTC 2025 admissions to D.El.Ed courses will be released today, June 26th, by the Vikramsinh Open University, Kota. Selected candidates are required to complete fee payment and document verification at the designated institute before reporting.

Rajasthan BSTC 2025: Release of First Allotment List

Under the counseling process for Rajasthan state’s D.El.Ed courses through BSTC 2025, the first allotment list is being released on June 26th. This list can be viewed online on the official website of Vikramsinh Open University. The list will detail which teacher education institute each candidate has been allocated to.

Fee Payment Deadline

Candidates who have been allocated a seat in the first list must pay the ₹13,555 fee through designated methods between June 26th and July 2nd, 2025. Payment can be made online via e-Mitra, net banking, debit/credit card, or UPI. Failure to pay the fee on time may result in the seat being revoked.

Mandatory Reporting to the Institute

Following fee payment, candidates must report to their allocated institute personally between June 27th and July 3rd, 2025, for document verification. Only candidates with complete and accurate documentation will be eligible for admission.

Document Verification and Admission Process

During reporting, the institute will verify the submitted documents. Subsequently, the institute will record the candidate’s verification on the online portal.

Thereafter, from June 27th to July 4th, students can download their provisional admission slip from their login portal. This slip is mandatory for subsequent processes.

Upward Movement Option

Candidates who are not satisfied with their allocated institute or are awaiting a higher priority institute can apply for an ‘Upward Movement’ between July 4th and 5th. The results of the Upward Movement will be announced on July 7th. Candidates included in the revised list must report to the institute between July 7th and 9th.

Required Documents

At the time of reporting, candidates must carry both soft and hard copies of the following documents:

  • Original mark sheets of Classes 10th and 12th
  • Latest passport-sized photographs
  • Valid caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS if applicable)
  • Original residence certificate or special original residence certificate
  • Sub-category certificate (widow/divorced/disabled/ex-serviceman etc.) if applicable
  • Any discrepancy or absence of documents may result in the cancellation of admission.
