Helios Flexi Cap Fund Restructures Portfolio, Adds Ather Energy, Axis Bank, and PB Fintech

Helios Flexi Cap Mutual Fund reshaped its portfolio in April, divesting from Reliance Industries' shares and increasing investments in stocks like Ather Energy, Axis Bank, and PB Fintech. The fund also strengthened its holdings in ITC Hotels, 360 One WAM, and Syrma SGS. With assets under management (AUM) of approximately ₹2,970 crore across 53 companies, the fund maintains a long-term growth focus.

In April, Helios Flexi Cap Mutual Fund completely sold its entire investment in Reliance Industries. The fund offloaded approximately 8.30 lakh Reliance shares, valued at around ₹105.95 crore. Following this, the fund adjusted its investment strategy, adding new companies to its portfolio. This included investment in Ather Energy's IPO, along with purchases of Axis Bank and PB Fintech shares. Currently, the fund holds approximately 6.99 lakh shares of Ather Energy, 4.86 lakh shares of Axis Bank, and 2.28 lakh shares of PB Fintech.

Helios Flexi Cap Increases Stake in Three Key Companies

Helios Flexi Cap Mutual Fund increased its holdings in three major companies in April: 360 One WAM, ITC Hotels, and Syrma SGS Technology. The fund purchased an additional 4.45 lakh shares of ITC Hotels, bringing its total holdings to 15.06 lakh in April, up from 10.61 lakh in March. Similarly, 3.26 lakh shares of 360 One WAM and 1.93 lakh shares of Syrma SGS Technology were added to the portfolio.

Investment Maintained in 47 Stocks, Focus on Key Companies

In April, Helios Flexi Cap Mutual Fund increased its holdings in three key companies: 360 One WAM, ITC Hotels, and Syrma SGS Technology. The fund added 4.45 lakh new shares of ITC Hotels, increasing its total holdings to 15.06 lakh in April, compared to 10.61 lakh in March. Additionally, 3.26 lakh shares of 360 One WAM and 1.93 lakh shares of Syrma SGS Technology were included in the fund's portfolio.

Helios Flexi Cap Mutual Fund's AUM Crosses ₹2,970 Crore

As of April 30, 2025, Helios Flexi Cap Mutual Fund's AUM reached ₹2,970 crore, up from ₹2,779 crore in March. This open-ended dynamic equity scheme invests in both large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap stocks, focusing on delivering superior returns over the long term.

Majority of Fund Investment in Large-Cap Stocks

The primary objective of Helios Flexi Cap Mutual Fund is to grow investors' wealth over the long term. Managed by Alok Bahl and Pratik Singh, the fund was launched on November 13, 2023. Approximately 56.98% of the fund is invested in large-cap stocks, while 24.21% is in mid-cap, 11.92% in small-cap, and 6.89% in other segments. Furthermore, the top 10 stocks account for 37.83% of the total investment.
