India's largest LED-based immersive screen space theater, "Mission Interstellar," opened on Saturday at Wonderla in Bengaluru. This theater offers a new-generation space travel experience within an eight-story, dome-shaped structure with a 23-meter-high ceiling. It presents a unique blend of advanced technology and thrilling entertainment.
An Immersive Experience with Advanced Technology
The "Mission Interstellar" theater features a spectacular 22-meter x 15-meter curved LED screen, delivering exceptional clarity and high-quality visuals. The impact of this screen is unparalleled within the expansive, 3500-square-foot spacecraft-like setting. A high-tech hydraulic lift system transports 60 guests simultaneously to a height of 40 feet. During the ride, speed, high-tech laser projections, and air flow effects are synchronized to create an immersive flight experience.
Inauguration by Ashika Rangnath
The magnificent immersive theater was inaugurated by Kannada actress Ashika Rangnath. On this occasion, Arun K. Chittilappilly, Executive Chairman and Managing Director of Wonderla Holidays Limited, stated that with "Mission Interstellar," Wonderla is ushering in a new era of immersive entertainment. This marks a new phase, showcasing a remarkable combination of advanced technology and thrilling adventure. The launch also celebrated Wonderla's 25 successful years of operation.
