According to this survey, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has surpassed Chief Minister Nitish Kumar in the race for the Chief Minister's post. Who will be Bihar's next Chief Minister?
This C-Voter survey indicates that 41% of people want Tejashwi Yadav as Bihar's next Chief Minister. In contrast, only 18% desire Nitish Kumar's reappointment. Notably, 15% of respondents expressed their preference for Prashant Kishor, placing him ahead of BJP leader Samrat Chaudhary (8%) and Chirag Paswan (4%).
50% Dissatisfied with Nitish Kumar's Government
The survey also revealed that 50% of Bihar's population is dissatisfied with the current Nitish Kumar government and desires a change. Conversely, 22% are dissatisfied but not in favor of a change. 25% reported satisfaction with the government and did not feel a change was necessary. Unemployment has emerged as the most pressing issue in the upcoming Bihar assembly elections. According to the survey:
