Jama Masjid's Shahi Imam Syed Ahmad Bukhari condemned the Pahalgam terror attack, challenging Pakistan with the statement, "The murder of innocents cannot be tolerated."

Pahalgam Attack: The terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu, has sent shockwaves across the nation. Following the attack, protests are taking place nationwide, and a tribute was also paid at Delhi's Jama Masjid. Jama Masjid's Shahi Imam, Syed Ahmad Bukhari, challenged Pakistan, stating that the killing of innocent people is unacceptable. He bly reacted against the terrorists sent by Pakistan and expressed concern over the ongoing conflicts worldwide.

Muslims Shamed by Pakistan's Actions

The Shahi Imam stated that attacks by terrorists sent from Pakistan shame Indian Muslims. He said that this act by Pakistan causes distress not only to India but also to Muslims in Pakistan. He questioned Pakistan's leaders, asking if Pakistan can address the pain of Indian Muslims?

No Solution Through Terrorism and War

Syed Ahmad Bukhari said that terrorism and war are not solutions to any problem. He stated that war and terrorism have devastated Iraq and Syria, and similar situations are now developing worldwide. He believes that any form of terrorism is dangerous for all of humanity.

Example of Unity and Humanity in Kashmir

The Imam also mentioned the people of Kashmir, who sheltered and provided for Hindu guests in their homes against the terrorists. The Kashmiri people protested against terrorism and held processions. He said that this is a significant message for all humanity: the murder of one person is the murder of all humanity.

The Need for Peace

The Imam said that this is not the time to spread hatred between Hindus and Muslims in India. We must stand united for our country. He stressed that terrorism cannot be supported and is against our religion and culture.
