On January 8th, PM Modi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for projects worth over two lakh crore rupees in Visakhapatnam. These projects represent significant strides in sustainable development, industrial growth, and infrastructure enhancement.

Inauguration of 18th Pravasi Bharatiya Divas Convention in Bhubaneswar

On January 9th, Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate the 18th Pravasi Bharatiya Divas (PBD) Convention in Bhubaneswar. The theme of this convention, "Contribution of Overseas Indians for a Developed India," will bring together overseas Indians from over 50 countries.

Foundation Stone Laying for Green Hydrogen Hub Project

In Andhra Pradesh, PM Modi will lay the foundation stone for NTPC Green Energy Limited's Green Hydrogen Hub project near Pedimadaka, Visakhapatnam. This project, part of the National Green Hydrogen Mission, will be India's first Green Hydrogen hub, with an estimated investment of 1,85,000 crore rupees.

Foundation Stone for South Coast Railway Headquarters in Visakhapatnam

PM Modi will also inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for railway and road projects costing over 19,500 crore rupees in Visakhapatnam. These projects include the foundation stone for the South Coast Railway Headquarters in Visakhapatnam, which is expected to significantly boost regional social and economic development.

Expanding Green Energy and Export Markets

The Green Hydrogen Hub project involves an investment in renewable energy capacity of 20 gigawatts. It aims to produce byproducts like green methanol, green urea, and sustainable aviation fuel, with a primary focus on expanding into export markets.
