Examination Results and Pass Percentage
The overall pass percentage this year is 86.56%, an improvement compared to the previous year. 969,425 students appeared for the examination this year, 56,827 more than last year. The West Bengal Board examination was conducted between February 10 and February 22, 2025. The declaration of results within just 70 days reflects the efficiency of the West Bengal Board.
To pass the examination, students were required to obtain a minimum of 272 marks out of 800, or 34%. Students who failed to achieve this minimum score will be considered unsuccessful but will be eligible for compartmental examinations.
