Ervine played a crucial knock of 66 runs off 61 balls, including three fours and four sixes, before being caught out in the 41st over.
The middle order, featuring Sikandar Raza (8) and Wesley Madhevere (8), couldn't contribute significantly. However, Brian Bennett continued his impressive form, smashing a breathtaking 169 off 163 balls, including 20 fours and 3 sixes, before being dismissed in the final over. Ireland Suffers a Crushing Defeat
Ireland's innings started disastrously, losing Andrew Balbirnie for a golden duck on the very first ball. Captain Paul Stirling then attempted to steady the innings with a 32-run knock off 28 balls. Curtis Campher scored 44 off 57 balls but failed to convert it into a big score.
