Ram Charan's biggest hit to date is ‘RRR’ (2022), which transformed him into a global star. Directed by S.S. Now Charges ₹100 Crore as Fee

Before ‘RRR,’ Ram Charan charged ₹15 crore per film. However, this blockbuster film significantly increased his fee. Now, reports suggest he commands approximately ₹100 crore per film. He reportedly earned ₹45 crore for ‘RRR.’

Ram Charan's Bollywood Flop

While Ram Charan is now a pan-India star, his Bollywood journey hasn't been smooth. In 2013, he debuted in Bollywood with the film ‘Zanjeer,’ opposite Priyanka Chopra. This was a remake of the 1973 Amitabh Bachchan starrer ‘Zanjeer.’ However, the film was a box office failure, grossing only ₹22.5 crore against a budget of ₹50 crore. Following this, Ram Charan bid farewell to Bollywood and focused solely on South Indian cinema.

Ram Charan is married to Upasana Kamineni, granddaughter of Pratap C. Reddy, founder of Apollo Hospitals. In 2023, the couple welcomed their daughter, Klin Karrara Konidela.
