UP News : Former Chief Minister and Samajwadi Party (SP) national president Akhilesh Yadav on Saturday openly supported SP MP Ramjilal Suman amidst protests by the Karni Sena in Etawah and launched a scathing attack on the organization. He directly accused them, stating, “This Sena, this whole thing is fake; they are all BJP's troopers.”

Security has been increased at the residence of SP MP Suman in Agra, UP, in anticipation of tension during the Karni Sena's event commemorating Rana Sanga Jayanti. Reacting to this, Akhilesh Yadav said that if any of their MPs or workers are insulted, the Samajwadi people will openly fight for their honor.

Akhilesh stated, “Hitler also made his workers wear uniforms; the BJP is employing the same tactic. This is not a real army but troopers with a political agenda.” He held the government responsible, saying, “If open threats are being made, it is the government's failure.”

Akhilesh Yadav, mentioning Phoolan Devi, said that the humiliation and torture she faced were rare. Netaji and the Samajwadi Party helped restore her honor by getting her elected to the Lok Sabha. He added, “Today, if we are the largest party, it is because of the vision of Netaji, Lohia Ji, and Babasaheb.”

Akhilesh, describing the Constitution as the foundation of democracy, said, “Bhimrao Ambedkar gave us the best Constitution in the world, but today there are attempts to change it.” He called upon everyone associated with the PDA to pledge that, “No matter how powerful anyone is, we will not let Babasaheb's Constitution be changed.”
