Atishi's Political Journey

Atishi's political journey began in 2013 with her joining the Aam Aadmi Party. Initially, she served as an advisor to Education Minister Manish Sisodia. Subsequently, in the 2020 Delhi Assembly elections, she secured the Kalkaji ticket and defeated BJP's Dharambir Singh by a margin of 11,422 votes.

Possibilities for the CM Post

Atishi, currently serving as the Education, PWD, Culture, and Tourism Minister in Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's government, is now vying for the position of Delhi's eighth Chief Minister. Should the Aam Aadmi Party win the elections again, it will be interesting to see if Atishi assumes the Chief Ministership, or if Arvind Kejriwal will retain the leadership.
