After the training, they will be able to earn a monthly income of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000.

3. Digital Employment Model to Eradicate Unemployment

Prashant Kishor said that their government's goal will be to provide employment opportunities to youth in their villages, so they don't have to migrate for wages. He stated that new employment opportunities will be provided through digital platforms, enabling millions of Bihar's youth to become self-reliant.

4. New Plans for Economic Empowerment

PK further stated that after forming the government, a special package will be provided to encourage small-scale industries in villages. He said the government will provide financial assistance to increase self-employment opportunities in each panchayat, thereby reducing the employment crisis in rural areas.
