Weather: The weather in northern India has completely changed, and summer has arrived. Intense sunshine is causing a continuous increase in maximum temperatures, leading to the use of coolers and fans. People have packed away their winter clothes. Meteorologists believe that the effects of winter will completely disappear by Holi, and the hot season will begin.
Today, many states including Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Rajasthan are expected to experience dry weather, making the daytime heat more intense. According to the meteorological department, temperatures may rise further in the coming days. However, there is a possibility of light rain between March 13th and 15th due to the influence of a western disturbance, which may provide some relief.

Daytime temperatures are also rapidly increasing in Uttar Pradesh. Daytime temperatures in Lucknow, Noida, and Ghaziabad have reached 34 degrees Celsius. However, the meteorological department has forecast rain in western UP between March 13th and 15th. In Madhya Pradesh, the sun's intensity has increased in the second week of March. The maximum temperature in Ratlam was recorded at 38 degrees Celsius, while in Bhopal and Indore, the mercury reached 35 degrees. Heatwave-like conditions are developing in areas bordering Gujarat. Uttarakhand's Weather to Change
The weather in Uttarakhand is currently dry, but light rain and snowfall are possible in Uttarkashi, Chamoli, and Pithoragarh on March 13th. Snowfall is likely in areas above 3500 meters, which may bring back the cold. The meteorological department has forecast light snowfall in the higher reaches of the state between March 14th and 16th.
According to meteorologists, temperatures will continue to rise in northern India for the next few days. However, light rain is expected in some areas due to a western disturbance between March 13th and 15th, providing temporary relief. But, the heat is expected to intensify towards the end of March.
