Contribution of Core Infrastructure Business

The Adani Group's core infrastructure business includes the utility and transport sectors. In the first quarter of the financial year 2026, this sector contributed 87 percent to the EBITDA. The incubating infrastructure businesses under Adani Enterprises have also played a crucial role in this performance. Airports, solar and wind energy manufacturing, road, and other projects have surpassed ₹10,000 crore in EBITDA for the first time. This stellar performance has solidified positive sentiment towards the Adani Group among investors and in the market.

Strong Credit Profile

The Adani Group's portfolio-level leverage is very low by global standards, standing at just 2.6 times Net Debt to EBITDA. Furthermore, the company possesses cash liquidity of ₹53,843 crore, which is sufficient for debt servicing for the next 21 months. This has led to an improvement in the Adani Group's credit profile. In June, 87 percent of the run-rate EBITDA came from assets with a domestic rating of 'AA-' or higher. Concurrently, cash flow from operations has surged past ₹66,527 crore.

The Adani Group's total asset base has now reached ₹6.1 lakh crore. This base has seen an increase of ₹1.26 lakh crore in the past year, indicating that the group's assets and investments are both growing rapidly.

Growth of Incubated Businesses

The incubated businesses of Adani Enterprises are developing at a rapid pace. Out of eight under-construction projects, seven are approximately 70 percent complete. Adani Green Energy's operational capacity has increased by 45 percent compared to last year, reaching 15,816 megawatts. This includes solar, wind, and hybrid power plants.
