Ayodhya, December 12, 2025 — Dr. Rammanohar Lohia Avadh University has directed all its teachers and staff to mandatorily upload details of their movable and immovable assets on the Human Resource Portal by December 31st.
According to the university administration, this step has been taken to enhance transparency in operations and ensure compliance with government regulations. The order clarifies that promotions and other administrative processes of employees who fail to submit details within the stipulated timeframe may be withheld.
The Registrar stated that all permanent employees and teachers of the university are covered under this process. Those who have not yet registered on the portal have been asked to register promptly and submit their property details.
The administration has warned that action will be taken against concerned employees under the rules if the deadline is exceeded.
