Glimpse of the Film
'Baaghi 4' offers what is expected – action, thrill, and entertainment. The promise made in the film's trailer is fully visible on screen. If you are a fan of the franchise's previous films, you will like this one even more. And even if you haven't seen the previous films, this one wins hearts with its story and action. The film has been given an 'A' certificate, and considering the action and violence, this seems like the right decision.
Story of 'Baaghi 4'
The film's story revolves around Ronnie (Tiger Shroff). Ronnie sees something that doesn't actually exist. He sees Alisha (Harnaaz Sandhu), but no one else can. The question arises whether this is a hallucination or if there is a deeper secret hidden behind it. The story is woven in such a way that the audience remains connected to the screen and is excited to know what will happen next at every moment.
It would be wrong to call 'Baaghi 4' just an action film. The film has a good balance between story and action. There are no unnecessary action scenes; every stunt and fight has a connection to the story. Some action scenes might seem copied or animal-inspired, but their connection to the plot justifies them. The story has many shocking moments that leave the audience surprised. However, the VFX could have been better, and the chemistry between Sonam Bajwa and Tiger should have had a bit more screen time.
Acting
Tiger Shroff has done excellent work in this film. His acting range is visible – he not only performs action but also portrays emotions brilliantly. This can be called Tiger's best or "one of the best" performances. Sonam Bajwa's acting is also superb. Her character fits well in the film, and she looks fantastic in the action scenes. This move into Bollywood after the Punjabi industry could prove significant for her career.
Harnaaz Sandhu's performance is also commendable. Although she needs to improve her dialogue delivery, her character suits her well. Sanjay Dutt, as always, brings a powerful presence to the screen. Saurabh Sachdeva also left such an impact in many scenes that the audience won't forget him.
Writing and Direction
The film's story has been jointly written by Sajid Nadiadwala and Rajat Arora. The most important thing is that despite being an action film, the focus has been kept on the story. The film has been directed by South Indian director A Harsha. He has proven that when a South Indian director directs a Bollywood actor, the impact is entirely different. The film's biggest plus point is its b story and direction.
The film's music is good, and the songs provide relief amidst the action sequences. The background score and sound design enhance the thrilling emotion of the action. 'Baaghi 4' is a power-packed package of action and entertainment. If you are a fan of action movies and also want excitement in the story, then this film is perfect for you.
