A complaint has been filed against Rahul Gandhi, Tejashwi Yadav, and VIP chief Mukesh Sahni in the Munger Civil Court. This case has surfaced due to alleged abusive remarks made against Prime Minister Narendra Modi's late mother during the Voter Adhikar Yatra in Darbhanga. BJP leader Manishankar Bholu filed the complaint in the Munger court regarding this matter, which the court has accepted and forwarded for further investigation. This incident has created a stir not only in Bihar but across the country among political circles and the public.
What is the matter
During the Voter Adhikar Yatra in Darbhanga, it is alleged that abusive remarks were made about the Prime Minister's late mother on the stage of the Mahagathbandhan leaders. BJP leader Manishankar Bholu alleged that these abusive remarks were made publicly and in front of the people on the stage, which not only hurt social sentiments but also national dignity. The complaint clarifies that this incident occurred during the Mahagathbandhan leaders' program, and legal action has been demanded in court.
Court Proceedings
After filing the complaint in the Munger court, the court accepted it and sent it to another court for further investigation. Advocate Shrikumar Shankar Sonbhadra stated that the complaint was filed in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate. It alleged that Mahagathbandhan leaders were using abusive language publicly, which is against the law and social decorum. During the hearing of this case in court, all evidence and allegations will be considered, and the next course of action will be decided based on the investigation.
Complainant and Associates
In this case, BJP leader Manishankar Bholu and his legal team comprising Dilip Kumar Rana and Ranjit Kumar Singh are the complainants. Along with them, Tribhuvan Nishad, Amar Ratnam, Chandan Sharma, Deepak Yadav, and other associates are also involved in this matter. MLA Pranab Kumar Yadav and BJP District President Arun Poddar have also provided administrative and legal support in this case. Thus, this matter has become significant not only from a political dispute perspective but also legally and administratively.
