Bikaner: A shocking case has emerged from the Napasar police station area in Rajasthan's Bikaner district. Here, a 24-year-old married woman was arrested on charges of sexually exploiting and blackmailing a minor boy. Initially, the woman had portrayed herself as a victim and filed a false rape case against the minor. The entire matter came to light during a police investigation, and the accused woman was produced before the POCSO court and sent to judicial custody.

Woman Blackmailed Minor After Establishing Relationship

Station House Officer (SHO) Laxman Suthar stated that during the investigation of a case registered approximately two months ago, the police discovered that the woman herself was sexually exploiting the minor. When the boy refused to comply with the woman's demands, she began threatening him and demanding money and a mobile phone.

The woman filed a false rape case to intimidate and pressure the boy. In this manner, she continued to mentally harass the minor and tried to control him according to her wishes. Police stated that this case is a clear example of blackmail.

Minor's Case Uncovered Due to Family's Complaint

The mother of the victim boy filed a complaint with the Superintendent of Police in July. She stated that the woman not only sexually exploited her son but also withdrew money from his bank account and took a mobile phone worth 10,000 rupees. The woman was continuously pressuring the boy, but he refused, after which the woman filed a false case.

Based on this complaint, the police initiated a thorough investigation into the matter. The family's vigilance played a crucial role in exposing this heinous blackmail. Police officials stated that family awareness is extremely important in such cases.

Police Investigation and Woman's Arrest

During the investigation of the false rape case registered at Nal Police Station, the woman's allegations were found to be untrue. After thorough investigation, Napasar Police arrested the accused woman. The woman was produced before the POCSO Court and sent to judicial custody.

Police reported that Constables Maya, Khemiya, Pradeep, and Vinod played a crucial role in this investigation. Their vigilance and effective investigation brought the woman's true nature to light and ensured justice for the minor.
